Returns & Refunds policy

At Divine Wholeness, all services and offerings are rooted in energetic intention. Because of the nature of this work, energy begins to shift the moment a commitment is made — often before a session or course even begins. For this reason, all purchases are final and non-refundable.

❌ Sessions (Energy Work, Reiki, Blue Butterfly, etc.)

We do not offer refunds for any private or group sessions once booked. Please ensure you are ready to commit before scheduling.

In some rare cases, a partial store credit may be issued, but only:

If you paid more than $90/hour and

Your session slot was not rebooked by someone else and

The service is related to bodywork, massage, hypnotherapy, or AO Solex.

These credits may only be used toward future sessions and are not transferrable.

🎓 Trainings, Certifications, and Workshops

All training and workshop sales are final.

If you choose a payment plan, the full balance must be paid before the start of the program. If you withdraw partway through your payment schedule, your payments will be forfeited. No refunds or credits are given once payments have been submitted.
